Restaurant FAQNo, Waters does not charge a rental fee for the banquet room except for wedding receptions of 30 people or more. We do, however, require you to order off our banquet menu. The banquet room is held by putting down a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. This assures you the date booked. We do not refund deposits, but we do allow you to move your date if a problem arises. During December, our deposit is $150.00. The banquet room will seat 45 people inside with an additional 20 people outside using the attached private patio, weather permitting. Yes, we do require a minimum of 25 people Sunday through Monday and 35 on Friday and Saturday evenings. We do accommodate smaller parties in our dining room and bar area. We do not reserve the patio. Yes, an 18% gratuity is already added into your bill when it is presented to you. Gratuity is added on after tax. Yes, we require a minimum attendance guarantee three (3) business days in advance of your function. This will serve as the guest count on your final bill. Yes, you may bring a cake into the restaurant. We do charge a 50-cent per person cake cutting fee to cut and serve your cake for you. No, Waters does not allow wine brought into the restaurant. No, you may select 4-5 items off our banquet menu. We then make menus for your guests with just those selections. Your guests may then select their own entree the night of the function. Yes, but not until 6 weeks before that date. We hold our Saturday afternoons for large receptions of 100 people or more. |
